Outstanding service! We had a full pest control service done for our building in Brookvale, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The technician arrived right on time, was extremely thorough, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. He was friendly, respectful of the space, and handled everything with complete professionalism. Highly recomended !

Lovely, informative and thorough. Listened to what I wanted to achieve and my concerns. Definitely recommend.

If you’re searching and looking for a pest expert… I’ve been there. Look no further. If I could give more then 5 stars, this guy warrants it. I had used another pest control company for a rat issue a month before. Guy visited laid a bait station and said good luck. May die inside or outside. Didn’t look for entry points to stop the problem. Didn’t stop the issue. Anthony was another level, knows his stuff. Came and pulled up the skirting boards, found points of entry and sealed them. Then even went under the building and looked below at the situation there. So thorough. Look no further. This guy is thorough, knowledgeable and just gets things done. Top guy too.

Fast, professional, and super thorough! He arrived on time, resolved the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. Extremely polite and knowledgeable—I highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control!

Anthony offered a very professional service and came back for a follow up visit to provide additional treatment as part of his initial service. Highly recommend his pest control services.

Very knowledgeable and outstanding service

Anthony was very professional, listened to my concern, gave good advice on the procedure he would use in getting rid of an ant infestation. On the day showed us where ants were gaining access and the how to rectify the problem. Explained about the chemicals being used and reassured us of nil impact on pets. Jobe was done in a timely efficient manner. Would highly recommend Nextgen and will be using them again in the future. Nick.
