With the lagoon on one side and the beach on the other, a Narrabeen home sits in the warm, humid air that keeps pests active well beyond summer. NEXTGEN Pest Control covers pest control across Narrabeen and the Northern Beaches, treating the cockroaches, ants, redback spiders and rodents that thrive in that climate, with same-day and emergency bookings when the problem cannot wait. Anthony Fryer, the licensed owner-operator, is the one who inspects and treats every job, and the quote is free on 1300 454 418, Monday to Saturday, 6am to 6pm.
The pests a lagoon-side Narrabeen home gets
Water on two sides means moisture and warmth, and pests like both. Cockroaches settle into kitchens and bathrooms. Ants trail in from the garden after rain. Spiders take up in eaves, sheds and fence lines, redbacks among them, which are worth watching closely where children or pets play outside. Rats and mice move indoors as it cools. Anthony builds each treatment around the pest and the property rather than spraying everything the same way. Where an inspection finds termite activity, that is its own job, covered through NEXTGEN’s termite control service in Narrabeen.

Family-safe treatment that respects the lagoon
Working beside a lagoon and its wildlife, restraint matters. Anthony uses BASF-certified products applied strictly to their APVMA-registered label directions rather than heavy blanket spraying, which keeps the treatment aimed at the pest and low-toxicity to children, pets and the water and wildlife around a Narrabeen home. The long-term approach eases the pressure over the seasons, so the home needs fewer treatments as time goes on.
A Licensed Local on Every NEXTGEN Pest Control Job
Many of the names servicing Narrabeen are listings and directories. NEXTGEN Pest Control is a person: Anthony Fryer, the licensed owner who inspects, treats and follows up on every job himself. He has covered the Northern Beaches since 2023 and holds the NSW EPA Pest Management licence (No. 5115417, issued in 2020), verifiable on the public register. His full accreditations and insurance sit on NEXTGEN’s residential pest control page.

Narrabeen pest control questions
Do homes near Narrabeen Lagoon and the beach see more pests?
They can. The moisture and warmth around the lagoon and the beachfront suit cockroaches, ants and spiders, and keep them active later into the year than a drier inland block would. It is one reason a regular treatment pays off out here.
What is the hardest pest to keep out of a coastal home?
Cockroaches, usually. They breed fast, hide deep in cavities and cupboards, and coastal warmth lets them stay busy longer. Supermarket sprays tend to scatter them rather than clear them, so targeted products placed where they harbour do the real work.
How much does pest control cost, and is the quote free?
The cost depends on the pest, the property and how far the problem has spread, so there is no flat figure. The inspection and written quote are free on 1300 454 418, and Anthony sets the price out before any work begins.
